9. Everyone Keeps Getting Netflix's You Wrong

It's fair to say that everyone loves a bad guy. People lost their proverbials over MCU villain Loki in the same way they wanted some special detention from Professor Snape and there are even fetishes over the likes of Darth Vader and Hannibal Lecter. At some point we should probably all look at ourselves and wonder whether the natural response to seeing a Sith Lord murdering younglings should really be "Force choke me, dark daddy."

Anyway, the latest chapter in Fans Love The Wrong People stars Joe Goldberg from Netflix show You, played by Penn Badgley. In the show, he's not a good person, developing an obsession with a customer called Beck and manipulating her into falling in love with him. For some reason, this has made him a heart-throb, when he should be in prison.

Even Stranger Things Milly Bobby Brown defended him as "just being in love," which led to her having to apologise swiftly for romanticing a guy twho was called a bad idea to love by the very man playing him!

The guy is literally a dangerous, manipulative stalker. Luckily though, he looks like that handsome lad from Gossip Girl, so all is forgiven eh?
