10 Most Memorable Original Film Characters

5. Wall-E (Ben Burtt in Wall-E)

Sully, Carl Fredricksen or any other character created by John Lasseter and his infinitely creative studio could be on this list. Pixar could fill the top 10 with all their characters since they are all original creations€ They could fill at Top 100 with all the memorable secondary characters they created, from Edna Mode to Nemo himself. But in the end, a choice must be made. And it is of course a personal choice, but one I stand behind! Wall-E has all the defining traits of a memorable character: an amazing look, inspired by Johnny 5 but also quite its own; a great actor (indeed, Ben Burtt is quite impressive in his own right!); a memorable back-story and movie (who else could have seduced EVE but this emotional little cleaning robot?); and an incredible journey and character development (from sole €œsurvivor€ to plan(e)t harvester). He really is a truly original and memorable character. Runner-up: Remy, from Ratatouille

On the business side, we're talking: box-office returns, finance & banking, payments, and the corporate side of comic books.
