During the proceedings, Harry and Draco face off against each other, and – predictably – Draco cheats by attacking before he’s supposed to. Harry is quick to respond, however. He gets back up and fires a jinx directly at Draco.

This leads to one of the most infamous blunders in the entire series. As Snape grabs Malfoy and forces him to his feet, there’s a crew member on the left-hand side of the screen.
