10 Most Powerful Avengers We're Yet To See In The MCU
2. Hercules
Having found success with Thor, it makes sense that Stan Lee and Jack Kirby would have another stab at bringing a god into the Marvel Universe.
Turning to Greek mythology, it was son of Zeus Heracles that ended up as a regular guest star in the God of Thunder’s comic. Though it wasn’t Kirby or Lee who tweaked the name, for that you can credit the Romans.
While never as famous as his fellow god, Hercules has been an Avenger on and off for decades and is renowned for having fought the Hulk, ever the barometer of physical might, to a standstill. Hercules is also bullet proof and can run at over 100MPH.
Of course it’s no surprise that Hercules is one of the most powerful Avengers. He’s the strongest of all the Olympians, which makes him powerful even by the standards of other gods.
