10. Episode VII Will Star Harrison Ford As Han Solo
It's almost a given that the original trio of Han Solo, Luke Sykwalker, and Princess Leia will return in some way or another to the new film. Even though it's been quite awhile since Return of the Jedi, Episode VII is the sequel for that movie so their return only makes sense. However, just how much involvement will they have? Nobody will ever forget the devil-may-care charm of the scruffy old space pirate, Han Solo. Despite the special edition of A New Hope's attempt to ruin him with the ridiculous Greedo Shot First crap, Solo will always live on as the antihero everyone wants to be. He's practically everyone's favorite character. Even being on set, bringing life to the role for the very first time, both Fisher and Hamill acknowledged him as a star. Which is why it would make perfect sense for Disney to capitalize as much as possible on this old hero's triumphant return by making Episode VII a vehicle for Harrison Ford. The title could go something like Star Wars Episode VII: Galaxy of the Crystal Skull. Skeptical? Bet a year ago you didn't think George Lucas would sell something as awesome as Star Wars to Disney either.
