It's basically the ZF-1 but taken to its illogical conclusion, containing not only every weapon that you could possibly need to reduce an entire room full of enemies to chunky salsa, but also a majority of 80's home appliances.

It's a cell phone, it's a microwave, if it had onboard AI it would probably do your taxes for you. And of course it has every possible and impossible means for absolutely, positively killing everyone in the room. It's equal parts a machine gun, a rocket launcher, and a laser rifle all at once.
