10 Most Ridiculous Weapons Used In Action Movies

5. Annihilator 2000 - Beverly Hills Cop 3

Sick Stick Minority Report
Paramount Pictures

And you thought phones today had a lot of miscellaneous features added on. Well this gun has both a cell phone, a microwave oven, and god only knows what else.

The Annihilator 2000, easily the most memorable part of the worst Beverly Hills Cop movie, is the definition of excess and ridiculousness. It's basically the ZF-1 but taken to its illogical conclusion, containing not only every weapon that you could possibly need to reduce an entire room full of enemies to chunky salsa, but also a majority of 80's home appliances.

It's a cell phone, it's a microwave, if it had onboard AI it would probably do your taxes for you. And of course it has every possible and impossible means for absolutely, positively killing everyone in the room. It's equal parts a machine gun, a rocket launcher, and a laser rifle all at once.

Why anyone would need all those weapons and appliance in one place is beyond me, but if you get your hands on this gun, you sir, are set for life.
