10 Most Stupid Characters In Classic Horror Movies

1. Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil - All The Kids

The 2010 comedy horror film Tucker & Dale vs. Evil opted to take every trope common to horror films, and flip them around. Instead of there being a couple of monsters roaming the woods, a major misunderstanding results in the deaths of a group of clueless college students by their own hands.

It all starts when the kids spot Tucker & Dale at a gas station. Instead of seeing a couple of well-intentioned hillbillies, they assume that they're murderers. Eventually, they wind up in close proximity to the two men after being warned about the area by the Sheriff, which further pushes them to suspect the pair.

Each encounter the group has with the men results in a seriously inaccurate misconception, and that leads to the horrific deaths of the kids. In each engagement, the kids accidentally kill themselves. Literally. One rushes to a woodchipper to push Tucker into it but ends up leaping headfirst into the machine.

By the end of the movie, it's clear that the college kids are the real monsters, making the whole movie something of a reverse-horror. It's hilarious, but it also highlights the fact that every one of those college kids was a complete and total moron.
