10. Lucifer Valentine
Lucifer Valentine is an emetophiliac, or in other words, someone who is turned on by vomiting. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, he's also on a one man crusade to spread the joys of emetophilia on the silver screen. Nobody really actually wants to watch it, because puking is gross and Valentine leaves out things from his movies like plot and characterisation in favour of a gigantic and endless procession of vomiting. With titles such a Slaughtered Vomit Dolls and Slow Torture Puke Chamber, Valentine's films do not really need to be explained. Let's just say 'vomit gore', which Valentine invented, is about as much fun to watch as having hot needles jabbed under your fingernails. His films are not even worth watching for the 'gawp' or 'snigger' factor. Weird fetishes can be done well but the like of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls is really a big Bulimic Barf Fest which is doesn't just commit the sole crime of being tasteless, it is also rather boring.
My first film watched was Carrie aged 2 on my dad's knee. Educated at The University of St Andrews and Trinity College Dublin. Fan of Arthouse, Exploitation, Horror, Euro Trash, Giallo, New French Extremism. Weaned at the bosom of a Russ Meyer starlet. The bleaker, artier or sleazier the better!
