Don Koch may not be your classic horror movie serial killer or otherworldly entity, but he's nothing if not an utter scumbag.

Played by nowadays AEW star CM Punk, aka Phil Brooks, the lead character of Travis Stevens' Girl on the Third Floor makes you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. In comparison to some of the other entries on this list, sure, Don isn't quite as demented or twisted. Still, he's worth inclusion due to his dirtbag habits in Stevens' 2019 picture.

As Girl on the Third Floor starts, we see Don moving to the suburbs to renovate a battered old house for him and his pregnant wife Liz. Regardless of his other half carrying the couple's first child, Don ends up cheating on his wife with local neighbour Sarah.

Of course, Sarah ends up killing the Koch family's dog, Don tries to force his best friend to lie about his cheating ways, said best friend ends up dead at the hands of Sarah, Punk's character is driven to murder Sarah, and this all ends up tying into the sordid past of the house.

If Don would've just kept it in his pants, he would've saved himself and his family a whole heap of trouble.
