4. Nebula
Nebula has one of the greatest character arcs of the whole MCU. She starts off as a villain in Guardians Of The Galaxy, moving on to an anti-hero in Vol.2, before becoming a full-fledged hero in Avengers: Endgame.
She keeps Tony Stark alive in space long enough for Captain Marvel to locate and rescue him, and joins the Avengers on their first doomed mission to recover the stones from Thanos. Though she has no real reason to, she continues to work with the Avengers during the five year time jump, investigating anomalies in space alongside Rocket Raccoon
She has the least to gain from Endgame's Time Heist, as Gamora, her sister, was killed before the snap and, as far as anyone knows at the time, cannot be saved. This means that Nebula is risking her life to save people she's never met, or in the case of the Guardians, don't really like her all that much. Still, she takes part anyway, simply because it is the right thing to do.
That makes Nebula a true hero.
