7. Robert Downey Jr. - Not Giving A Damn About The Script
"I am Iron Man" may be one of the most iconic lines in Marvel Cinematic Universe history, but it was also a completely off-the-cuff piece of improvisation from the mind of Robert Downey Jr. during the filming of the first Iron Man. This sudden reveal of who Iron Man actually was obviously altered the MCU forever, but it was merely another day in the office for the actor playing Tony Stark.
Over the years, Downey Jr. has gone on record to state that he has "zero regard for what's physically printed on the pages", with the biggest name in the MCU happily improvising vital scenes right up until his final appearance as Iron Man in Avengers: Endgame. During that epic finale, Downey Jr. ad-libbed much of his emotional "Liar" speech with Captain America early on and also added the iconic "I love you 3000", something the star and his children genuinely say to each other in real life.
