6. Garland Greene (Con Air)
Hollywood leave a film in which a convicted pedophile is allowed to walk free into a Las Vegas casino, heavily suggesting that the man considered so dangerous he had to wear a Hannibal-esque mask, will in fact continue to lead a life of luxury in which he will never have to suffer the consequences of his heinous actions? Surely not? We're not meant to accept the fact that leaving one little girl alone excuses a life-time of villainous acts of sexual violence - this simply cannot be the case. There must be a deleted scene, an original first draft - something that gives us, the fragile audience, an assurance that Greene gets taken out by a kick-ass SWAT Team before he has time to finish sipping that cocktail and looking so smug. I think we can assume this happens - Vegas is littered with cops having just watched that massive effing plane crash land on the strip - there's no way that Greene, once discovered missing via the plane's passenger manifest, is getting out of the city a free man.
