8. Alexander The Great - Alexander (2004)
Warner Bros.Oliver Stone's $155m passion project was a massively ambitious, if ultimately misjudged historical epic based on the life of Alexander the Great, one of history's greatest and most influential figures. Savaged by historians, lambasted by critics and ignored by audiences, the only highlights of the theatrical release are the ones in Colin Farrell's questionable hairdo. Ignoring the fact that the Greek general speaks with an Irish accent, Alexander's immaculate bouffant hairstyle is distracting to say the least and downright laughable at worst. The blonde dye job is seemingly at war with the actor's bushy black eyebrows and despite some stunning production design, the movie's hair stylists really let the side down with this one. Farrell never had a chance of playing the character with the requisite authority with such a ridiculous mop of hair on his head.
