10 Movie Corporations That Would Be Hell To Work For

3. Cyberdyne (The Terminator)

Cyberdyne are a company ultimately felled by their own boundless ambition; after Sarah Connor destroys a Terminator in the mechanical press at one of their factories, they take the remains and manage to reverse-engineer the chip that created the first Terminator, allowing them in effect access to ideas and technology that they otherwise would not have had for decades. Though their intentions were initially good - Miles Dyson wanted to use the chip for self-piloting planes - it was eventually adapted for weaponry, and by the time Cyberdyne tried to pull the plug, their artificial intelligence network called Skynet had already kick-started the nuclear holocaust that is Judgement Day. It must be fun helping develop new technology, but there's a good chance you'll end up dying while attempting to undo your hard work, and you'll simply end up getting nuked because of the hubris you and your company displayed.
