10 Movie Guys You Wouldn't Take Home To Meet Your Parents

3. Alan - The Hangover

The Hangover movies are filled to the brim with unusual, odd, and crazy characters, but there€™s no denying that Zach Galifianakis€™ Alan is king among them. Not only does he regularly pull off unwise stunts €“ like, for example, drugging his closest friends €“ even in general conversation it€™s clear that something is clearly off-base. Basically, Alan is the catalyst for things to go wrong. Alan is pretty much a child at heart, dimwitted, insane, feeble, and somewhat psychotic. He is also very immature (although he oddly never swears, for the most part). He lives at home with his parents and will probably never grow up. While he does ultimately get married to a pawn shop worker he met in Las Vegas (played by Melissa McCarthy), he still doesn't seem like the ideal mate. Alan is the most dangerous kind of film guy to bring around the family or even become involved with, who knows what could happen.
