10 Movie Heroes That Really Suck At Saving People

Why is Bond so incompetent at saving beautiful women?

MGMMGMWe€™ve all had off days. Usually, a bad day at the office for your average Joe or Jane means some paperwork doesn€™t get filed or someone€™s coffee is missing its half and half creamer. But the stakes are considerably higher for film heroes. When a film€™s hero is tasked with saving someone€™s life, or humanity itself, screw-ups become unforgivable. We count on our movie heroes to defy the odds and protect the innocent from nefarious villains; it€™s pretty much their job description. Going toe-to-toe with the bad guys can be a tall order. Occasionally, the odd villainous plot will slip through our champions€™ fingers, which means people turn up dead. With CGI freeing up filmmakers to show realistic city-destroying carnage, it seems like heroes are getting worse at their jobs. Every time a hero messes up these days the result is unspeakable levels of collateral damage. For your consideration we have compiled a list of 10 heroes that seem incapable of coming through in a clutch. They always seem to have some excuse for fouling up but excuses don't bring people back from the dead. If these heroes show up there's no guarantee they're rescuing anyone. We invite you to take a look at ten heroes so bad at their job they deserve to get a pink slip in the mail: 10 movie heroes that really suck at saving people.
