10 Movie Heroes Who Need To Be President
5. Captain Malcolm Reynolds - Serenity
"We will get this law passed, or I swear by my pretty floral bonnet that I will end you."
Many presidents bring class and poise to the office. Many bring years of experience in legal courtrooms, or in business meetings, or anywhere with a sense of culture. Malcolm Reynolds certainly wouldnt. A man of the people, by the people, and most likely pushed into the job by the people. Malcolm Reynolds would take the job of the presidency under protest, and then perform it to the best of his abilities. Above all else, Malcolm Reynolds was a military man fighting for his principles. He wasnt afraid to get dirty, or make a deal with someone he didnt like, and that would serve him in passing legislation. But he would not compromise himself to make the process any easier, and he certainly wouldnt do it for any sort of a bribe. Malcolm Reynolds has an edge over other candidates because he truly wouldnt care about public perception. President Reynolds would only do what he believes to be right. If you dont agree with him, you could try negotiating with him.
