When Meg Ryan decided to fake an orgasm sat opposite Billy Crystal in When Harry Met Sally, you can bet that she never saw this coming.

Throwing caution to the wind and voicing her manufactured pleasure, those who adored the film wanted in on one of the most hilarious moments in cinema and Katz's Delicatessen didn't skip a beat in capitalsing on the buzz.

Hanging a sign above the famous booth, which read 'Where Harry Met Sally...Hope You Have What She Had! - Enjoy!' the diner would go on to earn a few more film credits, too.

Johnny Depp actually used the diner as a meeting spot in Donnie Brasco.

While the eatery can also be seen in the Amy Adams vehicle, Enchanted and it popped up in the Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Wahlberg film, We Own the Night.

The deli is just as popular as ever and the food is apparently second to none, so it looks as though orgasms and fries will be on the menu for some time to come.

However, spare a thought for those few who haven't sat through the flick, entering Katz's for an innocent bite to eat and then being met by dozens of howling customers.
