10 Movie Mad Dogs Who Made Us Love Them

7. John McClane - Bruce Willis - Die Hard

Bruce Willis is often awesome, but rarely/never more so than in Die Hard as veteran cop John McClane. He is a bit of a hard luck loser, doesn't do too well with his wife despite saving the ungrateful wench and her working buddies from Hans and his cronies. John is a man who throws himself into situations head first with gusto when required. Hell the guy recklessly hurls himself off of a building with just a piece of rope to keep him from death - just one awesome moment among many other awesomenesses.

6. Vincenzo Coccotti - Christopher Walken - True Romance

true romance Sort of delightfully evil. There is not much redeeming about this drug lord, murdering, psychopath other than the fact that he is awesomely portrayed by Christopher Walken of course. That is sort of awesome enough on his own. Take Walkens incredible individual style and mix with some beautiful Tarantino dialogue and violence and you've got one of the all-time great mad dog bad asses of cinema history right there.
