10 Movie Mad Dogs Who Made Us Love Them

3. Tallahassee - Woody Harrelson - Zombieland

zombieland-woodywalking Tallahassee is as crazy as they come. Having endured the loss of his son at the start of the zombie war that wiped out the entire (at least America) World, he is a man with nothing to lose except his life, which he treats with complete disregard. He throws himself into fights, deliberately choosing weapons suitable for close combat to take the fight right to the Z's face. Brilliantly played by Harrelson, Tallahassee cuts a swath through Zombies and our hearts alike.

2. Travis Bickle - Robert De Niro - Taxi Driver

The character of Travis Bickle is brilliantly played by De Niro and there is nothing to write that hasn't been written before. That said however let's add some words. Bickle ends up living out his vigilante dreams against the scum he formerly ferries around in his cab in an attempt to clean up the streets. He is a socially awkward and poorly educated ex-military man who puts everything on the line to do what he feels is right. We want him to succeed and when he does at the end of the film it is a great ending for a great character. Bickle is a off kilter shinning light in a corrupt world full of evil.
