7. Kristen Wiig's A**hole - Bridesmaids

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEX-dLg6Gpw&t=2m26s Kristen Wiig and John Hamm (who is surprisingly hilarious here, and should do more comedy) manage to keep it together somewhat better than Ferrell and Reilly, though it's surprising given how brilliant this exchange between the pair of them is. Wiig declares to Hamm, "You're a big a**hole", and Hamm, completely blindsiding Wiig, retorts, "So do you". Hamm them goes on to talk about her "giant, gaping a**hole", while Wiig, scarcely maintaining her composure, continues to quizz him on what's wrong with it. "It's filthy, and large, and gaping." It's a great scene because Hamm's character just totally turns it around on Wiig's through a completely nonsensical response, and it's believable because Hamm is so damn charming. The problem is that their chemistry in the scene is probably too strong given that they don't even end up together. If this were kept in the film, it would hurt the romance between Wiig and Chris O'Dowd's kindly police officer.
