6. Amy Smart Can't Multitask - Just Friends

Amy Smart is talking on the phone while preparing a chocolate mix of some sort, and as she raises the spoon to her mouth to taste it, the phone falls out of the crook of her neck and into the batter, making a hilarious squelch noise to boot. Though Amy Smart ends up cracking up laughing, the director notes that they may be able to use the take as she kept in character long enough. It's a shame that they didn't, because this would have been one of the few laughs in an otherwise pretty mediocre romantic comedy. Extra points to Smart for brandishing the chocolate-encrusted phone in front of the camera afterwards.
