6. Dental Rearrangement - American History X

This next vomit-inducing movie moment could be just as effective on the radio as it is on the silver screen. The truly nauseating aspect of the infamous curb stomp scene in American History X isn't the visual representation, but rather the noises. The sound of the ill-fated car jacker placing his teeth on the concrete curb right before having the back of his head stamped on is easily my most hated in all of cinema. Though it may be deeply sickening, this scene is integral in the film to fully demonstrate Derek's (Ed Norton) transformation from violent racist to reformed man - but that doesn't make it any less devastating to watch. Truly, you'd be pressed to find anyone who could watch this sequence unfolding without at least a little something happening down in the pits of their stomach.
