4. Everything - The Human Centipede

For some reason I find anything to do with faeces and defecation particularly unwholesome (wait till you see #2 on the list!) so it should come as no surprise that The Human Centipede should find its loathsome-self on this list. Whoever imagined the fundamental idea behind this film is almost certainly unhinged - hopefully the FBI or MI6 are keeping tabs on this "Tom Six" character (if that's even his real name). While I felt like I was on the verge of puking for more-or-less the whole movie, clearly the most depraved segment inherent to The Human Centipede takes place when the "head" of the centipede needs to do its long overdue turd into the mouth of the woman who has been meticulously sewn around his anus. No - there's no dancing around the point here.
