6. Showgirls - The Unsexiest Sex Scene of All Time
Hilarious the first time you see it though utterly nauseating once the comic appeal has worn down - which it will rather expediently - this thoroughly misguided attempt by Saved by the Bell's Elizabeth Berkley - yes, that's Jesse Spano all growed up, folks - to shed her good girl image and appear sexy more closely resembles someone suffering an epileptic fit mid-coitus. Poor Kyle McLachlan has to contend with Berkley wrapped around him while she thrashes around in the water, quite ironically, like a fish that's just been thrown out of it. Everything about the scene is just thoroughly disturbing and wrong, from the writing - presuming the scene was written this way - to the stilted direction, McLachlan's clear but vain attempt to keep the whole thing erotic, and Berkley's infamous performance, which surely was the decisive factor to clinch this movie the Worst Picture of the Decade Razzie Award at the end of the 90s. For her troubles, Berkley also won Worst Actress and Worst New Star at the 1996 Razzie Awards.
