You could write a doctoral thesis on James Bond villains at this point.

Bond has been fascinating movie-goers since Dr. No dropped in 1962. Several decades and 24 official films later, 007 has worked his way through an incredible swath of villains, some much more interesting that others.

1974's The Man with the Golden Gun saw the world's greatest spy trying to foil the plans of Francisco Scaramanga, presumably the world's greatest assassin. Played perfectly by the late Christopher Lee, Scaramanga baits the late Roger Moore's Bond into dueling with him on his private island. The hired killer's weapon of choice? A golden gun that only shoots one bullet.

Kind of makes you want to break out the N64 and play Goldeneye, right?
