2. Quentin Tarantino Is Ready To Retire

Love him or hate him, it turns out Tarantino has made enough movies and enough money to want to retire, and hey, being a trillionaire is a tiring job people! The strange and wonderful director has given an address stating that he would like to retire after he finishes his tenth film, leaving people always wanting more. Whilst selling his new film, The Hateful Eight, he announced plans to make only two more films after this one is released and then to retire gracefully and successfully. €œI don€™t believe you should stay on stage until people are begging you to get off. I like the idea of leaving them wanting a bit more. I do think directing is a young man€™s game and I like the idea of an umbilical cord connection from my first to my last movie.€ €œI€™m not trying to ridicule anyone who thinks differently, but I want to go out while I€™m still hard€ I like that I will leave a ten-film filmography, and so I€™ve got two more to go after this.€ €œIt€™s not etched in stone, but that is the plan. If I get to the tenth, do a good job and don€™t screw it up, well that sounds like a good way to end the old career. If, later on, I come across a good movie, I won€™t not do it just because I said I wouldn€™t. But ten and done, leaving them wanting more, that sounds right.€ Big words, and sad when considering how unique of a director Tarantino is, but he's got the attitude down.
