7. Wonder Woman Will Get An Origin Story In Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn Of Justice

We already knew that Wonder Woman is set to make an appearance in the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman (she'll be played by actress Gal Gadot, in case you didn't know for some reason), a movie which will pit the likes of DC's most popular heroes against one another - presumably as director Zack Snyder creates opportunities for the pair to battle it out whilst decimating a number of capital cities. And yet we didn't know the extent to which the character's origins would be explained. Would she be presented as a God? A demi-God? A regular gal with Batman-like expertise? According to producer Charles Roven, who spoke out last week, Woman Woman will be "presented as a demi-God, and as the daughter of Zeus." Which means that her origins will differ from those in the comic book rather a lot.
