1. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson Will Return For Fast & Furious 8, Obviously
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson just can't put a foot wrong. He's such a nice, charismatic and friendly chap that you want good things to happen to him. He's just about the least pretentious actor in Hollywood, after all - happy to be involved in projects of all shapes and sizes. Fast & Furious 8 was recently confirmed, of course, though a proper cast list is yet to be announced, leaving fans of the franchise with one major question: who will return? Well, Hobbs will, apparently - at least, according to the actor who plays him. When asked whether his interpol agent would be back in the fray for the next movie, Johnson replied:
"Of course. It cant go on without Hobbs."
Damn straight. There's also been a lot of talk regarding a spin-off franchise featuring Hobbs positioned as the leading man, though Johnson was less sure about that, saying:
"I just had a big conversation with the studio. So well see. I still think, for me personally, weve created a little bit of space for him in 7 and the gauge is set for what the audience will want. Thats my take on it, you know, but a lot of other people have to have input."
Which just kind of sounds like a big jumble of words, basically translating to: "No idea."
