7. Mark Ruffalo Will Appear In Captain America: Civil War, Says Robert Downey Jr.
Despite the fact that everybody assumed Mark Ruffalo's Dr. Bruce Banner would definitely appear in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, the actor reports that Marvel Studios are yet to get him involved in the project. And yet, according to Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr. - who plays Iron Man - reportedly promised that there would be room for the Hulk. In his own words, then:
"At this point, Im told that Im in it by Robert, which Ill take as biblical, but I just havent heard or seen from production yet. If Robert Downey, Jr. says Im in Captain America, Im in Captain America dammit. And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script."
So what gives? Well, the world will have to wait for a little longer for an official announcement, but you can bet your ass that Downey Jr. will follow through on his promise.
