8. A "Very Special Guest" Could Be Set To Appear In Homeland Season Four

Homeland isn't anywhere near as good a show as it was during its first two excellent seasons, but that doesn't mean that we're not excited when we hear something as insane as the following spoilerific rumour, which comes courtesy of showrunner Alex Gansa. According to Gansa, then, Damian Lewis - who played Brody on the show until (spoiler) his ultimately death in the last season - was recently seen on set in Cape Town. Don't believe it?

"I can confirm that, yes, Damian Lewis was in Cape Town on the set - but I can also confirm Nicholas Brody is dead."

That's a direct quote. So there. So would Lewis be doing in Cape Town, on the set on Homeland, we'll add, if he wasn't going to appear in the show? Flashback sequence, perhaps? Ghostly apparition? Or maybe he faked his own death and that's the sort of plot twist that Homeland is pulling these days? The tension is unbearable.
