10 Movies Fans Want To See That Marvel Studios Won't Make

9. The Incredible Hulk 2

2008's The Incredible Hulk was a modest success, but it was no Iron Man. In fact, it wasn't until 2012's The Avengers that the Jade Giant was reimagined for the big screen in a way that really resonated with moviegoers, and he's continued to be a popular, recurring presence ever since.

Something fans haven't seen, however, is another solo outing for The Hulk. He's appeared in all the Avengers movies, and even had a lead role in Thor: Ragnarok, but Universal Pictures holding the distribution rights to the character's solo franchise means Disney simply will not consider moving forward with a project focusing solely on this iconic superhero.

It boils down to money, and it seems Marvel Studios is now shifting its focus to She-Hulk instead, a character set to make her presence felt on Disney+ a few years from now. That's good and all, but it isn't the Hulk adventure fans want, and the chances of seeing the Green Goliath battle the likes of The Leader and Abomination on screen again are sadly somewhere between slim and none.
