10 Movies From 2016 That Could Score 0% On Rotten Tomatoes

4. USS Indianapolis: Men Of Courage

Release Date: May 30, 2016 Remember that story that Quint told to Brody and Hooper on the boat in Jaws? When that famous ship sunk during World War II, and the survivors were forced to spend five days at sea, surrounded by sharks? This is the movie of that story. It's a shame this project is in the hands of the people it is with the super inconsistent Mario Van Peebles at the helm, and Nicolas Cage cast in the lead role, USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage is sure to sink faster than you can say... well, "USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage." From the outside, everything about this picture makes it suitable for a 0% score on Rotten Tomatoes. The cast is full of has-beens or Hollywood rejects, like Tom Sizemore and Thomas Jane; Van Peebles has been a filmmaker for almost three decades and has produced just one good film; the budget was only $40 million, $10 million less than that of Zoolander 2; the poster is terrible, as if it was mocked up on somebody's lunch break. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UARooVvvKvA And - let's face it - Nicolas Cage is on a roll right now when it comes to bad movies; his last five films scored 27%, 12%, 6%, 2% and 9% on Rotten Tomatoes. Uh-oh.
