10 Movies Quentin Tarantino Should Make Instead Of The Hateful Eight

9. A Horror Film

Years ago, rumours ran rampant that QT was going to be directing a new installment in the Friday the 13th franchise, and though the director admitted that he had been contacted by New Line about helming one of the films (a long shot if I ever heard it), he had absolutely no interest in doing so. He did, however, express interest in making his own horror film, though it would in no way be a serial killer movie because, as the director so aptly put it, "the planet Earth couldn't handle my serial killer movie. I would reveal my sickness far too much." Tarantino seems to master just about every genre he puts his hand to, and it's fair to say he could probably make an interesting and innovative horror flick, far away from the found footage overdose that's been clogging up our screens for the last five years.
