10 Movies Quentin Tarantino Should Make Instead Of The Hateful Eight
4. A Children's Film
Another of Tarantino's far-flung ideas was to make a kids movie, declaring, "I just haven't come up with a good story yet or something like that, but I could be interested in that", but when you think about it, this shouldn't be that surprising, as weird as it sounds. In his 2010 list of his favourite movies of the year, How to Train Your Dragon and Tangled both showed up, and even more astoundingly, Toy Story 3 made his #1 spot. To his fans everywhere, it seemed unfathomable that a merchant of so much cinematic violence could fall in love with a Pixar sequel, but it takes all types, I guess. I can't for the life of me figure out how this one would work, namely whether it would be live action or animated, but I'd certainly love to see it happen. I suppose QT does at least have some experience in animation, what with the animated O-Ren flashback segment in Kill Bill Volume 1.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
