Twilight Zone: The Movie was a collaborative collection of short films from Steven Spielberg, John Landis, Joe Dante and George Miller, one which is best known for the infamous on-set helicopter accident which claimed the lives of Jennifer Jason Leigh's dad Vic Morrow, and two young Vietnamese extras. The resulting court case was high-profile enough that practical helicopter stunts have been avoided where possible ever since, and with the advent of CGI, that obviously has become a realistic possibility.
