2019's Joker doesn't exactly scream memeable material, but serious subject matter be damned, that didn't stop the internet from using the scene where Joaquin Phoenix's iteration of the Clown Prince of Crime dances down the stairs in full Joker regalia as a parody for quite literally just about any context or purpose imaginable.

Phoenix was soon joined by the likes of Spider-Man's Bully Maguire and It's Pennywise as he descended that physical and mental staircase, but a viral meme had been born long before their arrival.
