Alright Alright, this might be controversial but in all honesty... how often would you watch the movie when compared to reading the book?

For those of you that love both, you'll know that the movies are extremely faithful to the original version. They are truthful, they are fair, and they do the characters justice. The books might be literary masterpieces but the movies just somehow manage to make the whole thing that little bit better.

The movies (yes all 3) are up there with some of the finest movies ever made. Not only are they stunning but they also give the characters that much needed extra dimension that can be impossible to find on the page alone.
