6. Sara Havel - Hell House LLC
Found footage film Hell House LLC offers up an interesting example of this, given that the villain in question was originally a victim herself.
The film follows a documentary crew investigating the aftermath of a malfunctioned Halloween haunted house attraction which caused the deaths of 15 punters and staff members.
The only surviving staffer is Sara Havel (Ryan Jennifer Jones), who assists the crew in their investigation and eventually encourages them to break into the hotel where the catastrophe occurred to see the aftermath for themselves.
Except, when they do so, they eventually find Sara herself in one of the rooms with her back to them, moments before she and other ghoulish figures attack them.
The final moments then confirm that Sara was indeed killed on the night of the Hell House incident along with everyone else, meaning there were no survivors at all.
