10 Movies You Need To Watch In 4K
7. Logan
Say what you want about the X-Men franchise, but Fox has done a remarkable job bringing it to 4K so far, to the extent that even X-Men: Apocalypse looks mouth-wateringly good.
However, the franchise's choice UHD release is unquestionably Logan, with which its greater emphasis on practical effects and stark, real-world locales is pretty much tailor-made for HDR.
As gorgeous as the film's gritty palette undeniably is, perhaps the real triumph of Logan in 4K is that the challenging CGI work also holds up pretty damn well to high-def scrutiny, especially the Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) clone X-24, which was definitely a bit of a worry.
