1. Happy Feet
This hugely successful, critically acclaimed, multi-award winning children's film has some pretty racist undertones. It might seem impossible for a film about singing and dancing penguins to have any sort of opinion on race at all but, hey, never underestimate Hollywood's ability to ruin a nice thing. The main character, Mumble, is a blue-eyed Emperor penguin who becomes a leader to other penguins who are clearly supposed to be stand ins for Latin Americans. There's even a group called the Amigos, in case the accents and Latin references weren't enough of a hint. Even worse? Not all of these penguins were voiced by Latin performers, so a lot of the accents are bad impersonations.
