It's one of the best action-packed film series of all time, with each media instalment including exciting speed racing, intense heists and a good level of crime mystery.

The Fast and Furious has been sweeping the attention of motor and action enthusiasts for so many years, that it's hard to recall where the original saga even began. So it may come as a surprise to some that the original Fast and Furious movie was released almost twenty years ago on the 22nd of June 2001.

Met with mixed reviews, many critics felt the film was a cheesy racing flick, reminicent of typical pictures of the 1950s.
