4. The Mayor (The Nightmare Before Christmas)
Talk about a two-faced politician! Huh?! Amirite?! I am. Because the Mayor of Halloweentown non-figuratively has two faces on opposite sides of his head that express different moods, which made for some great comedic moments and one heck of a Happy Meal toy. He also has the tallest and skinniest stovepipe top hat in cinema history. Since Halloweentown has such a great Mayor, it makes you wonder what the Mayors from the other magical trees in that enchanted forest are like. Like, who are the Mayors of Thanksgivingtown, Eastertown, Valentinetown and St. Patrick's Day Town? Oh you weren't wondering about them? Yeah, me neither.
