2. Ego The Living Planet
Ego is a villain in the Marvel universe who is, as his name would suggest, quite literally a living, sentient planet. He has links to existing Marvel Cinematic Universe characters such as Thor, so it isn't too ridiculous to think that he might make an appearance in a future movie. As one would expect from a being so large, Ego is an enormously powerful character. He can control his mass down to a molecular level enabling him to alter his appearance to that of a giant face so that he can address powerful beings and he has enormous psionic powers. He consumes matter containing energy to survive whether that comes from other living beings, technology or even other planets doesn't matter to him. He is fitted with a propulsion device which gives him the ability to move around at very fast speeds. With Thor and Guardians of the Galaxy being two of Marvel's ongoing and upcoming movie franchises, they will undoubtedly feature further scenes in space. It would be great if, at some point in the future, Ego is encountered by some of the heroes and they are forced to engage him - seeing them fighting a planet-sized foe would be quite something.
