1. The Beyonder
Aside from the characters who are the absolute pinnacle of supreme power in the Marvel comic book universe - such as the creator deities and truly omnipotent characters like the One Above All - the Beyonder is the next most powerful thing. Most characters of his power level are neutral characters - and for the most part so is he - but there have been times when he has been villainous and, at those points, he has posed a threat to the entire Marvel universe. The Beyonder initiated the original Secret Wars plot - an arc in which he summons a group of both superheroes and supervillains and teleports them, against their will, to "Battleworld" - a planet he created himself in a distant galaxy. He stocks Battleworld with alien weapons and technology and declares "I am from beyond! Slay your enemies and all that you desire shall be yours! Nothing you dream of is impossible for me to accomplish!" and has them fight to the death - essentially for his own amusement. Pretty awesome, huh? He also once came to earth, in human form (in appearance at least), to spend time amongst Earth's citizens, heroes, villains and cosmic forces in an attempt to better understand the meaning and root of desire. However, his frustrations in doing so led him to become more and more erratic and dangerous to the universe and indeed the entire multiverse. He's a truly universal threat in every sense of the term and any live action story involving him would be great. Whether he gathered the heroes and villains of the MCU for a battle to entertain himself or whether he walked amongst them in human form, he'd be a massive threat and it would make for one hell of a movie.
