HBO Max is something WarnerMedia is investing a lot of time and money into, and assuming it takes off in a similar way to Disney+, then it's going to be here for many years to come. There are already a number of big DC TV shows in the works for it, including Justice League Dark and Green Lantern!

Those are still a long way off, though, and by the time 2030 rolls around, the streaming service is bound to be bursting at the seams with DC content just like Disney+ will soon be packed full of new Marvel shows like She-Hulk, Moon Knight, and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

Given how distribution models are already changing as a result of current world events (Universal Pictures are planning to release their films on VOD platforms the same time as in cinemas), stories playing out across film and television seems inevitable, and that's something we fully expect the DCEU to take advantage of.

Right now, there are plans for DC movies and TV shows on HBO Max, so we could be looking at a whole new shared world not all that different to The CW's Arrowverse.
