3. Seriously, Nobody Cares About Cyborg

Everyone loves an underdog, but it might be worth Warner Bros taking the opportunity of their thinned Justice League team to quietly drop Cyborg too.

He continues to stick out like a sore thumb even after so much was supposedly done to Justice League to fix him as a character. That film needed to get over the issue that he's far from as established a character as the other Justice League characters and its failure makes the prospect of him continuing on a difficult one at best.

The idea that there's a Cyborg movie apparently heading into active production soon is just unthinkable. Warner Bros would need to pull off a Herculean feat to make him even close to a viable prospect to sell his own movie at this stage. And even dropping him into the Flash movie might be too distracting too.
