It's all well and good that Deadpool is going to be the R-rated movie that fans of the character have wanted for years and years, but there's a possibility that it could be too much of a "good" thing. Perhaps the writers will simply go too far trying to be crude and outrageous for its own sake, and the result might end up like a kid who just learned to swear for the first time. It all hinges on whether or not we've already seen the best gags in the trailer or not. Does the film have a ton of great zingers left to wow us with, or is it just relentless bad language and poor taste? Granted, this is more likely to bother critics than audiences, but hopefully this'll be a smart R-movie rather than one firing wildly and hoping something sticks.
