10 Reasons The Haters Should Lay Off Suicide Squad

10. No-One's Even Seen A Frame Of It Yet

Much of the ire directed at Suicide Squad appears to be due to the images released by Warner Bros, first of Jared Leto's Joker, then of Will Smith's Deadshot, and finally of most of the rest of the Suicide Squad cast. The biggest controversy: Jared Leto's Joker looked like the product of a tattoo artist given too much free reign. Sceptics must remember, though, that these are publicity shots - they offer little indication of what the final film is going to look or - crucially - feel like. A cryptic tweet from Zack Snyder ("Ha ha ha, the joke€™s on you Batman€#cryptic") hinted at The Joker's tat-heavy appearance in the photo actually being part of a Joker-esque prank by Ayer and Warner Bros., before a leaked image revealing Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn as the overzealous one behind the needle confirmed it. At this early stage, it'd be absurd to write off an entire film based on images that won't even appear in the movie. Even if you were tempted to, there is information already out there to suggest the film is going to turn out better than is expected...
