10 Reasons The MCU Is Only Going To Get Better

7. Disney Plus

Marvel Fantastic Four
Disney

Let's start by saying that the Marvel TV Universe prior to the streaming giant known as Disney Plus was not bad, in fact there were many shining lights on Marvel TV. With that being said, it must be noted that despite the odd reference to the main continuity, the TV Universe never really had that much of an impact on the Cinematic Universe and it was just confusing when you actually put some thought behind it.

Some key questions raised by the unaligned TV Universe were just annoying; why if you have a bulletproof, super strong man in Luke Cage available would he not be an Avenger, how do the Avengers never run into Coulson again, where are all these New York based superheroes when Aliens invade New York, TWICE!?

Knowing that going forward the MCU and Marvel Television Universe will be concurrent and have direct impacts on each other is amazing. It means that the complementary content offered on Disney Plus will be relevant and not an exercise in futility, there will be reasons to stay in touch with the Disney Plus shows and most importantly there will be a much greater level of cohesion in universe.

On top of all of this, we can't overlook the fact that with the financial backing of Disney the TV Shows will have a much more polished finish than what we are used to.
